BLACK FIRE VENDOR FORM

Vendor fees are non-refundable. If you pay for a space and do not show, your payment will not be refunded or transferred.

Don't forget, the best vendor set up will announced and awarded at the Black Fire Fashion Show!

All attending vendors will receive a complimentary front row seat to the show.

You must provide your own table and chairs. Please provide a table no bigger than 2 ft x 4 ft and a chair.

Please arrive at 2:00pm and be set up by 2:45pm.  Doors will open at 3:00pm for attendees. If you arrive after 2:45pm, you will not be able to set-up. No exceptions. 

Booth Display and Breakdown will begin at 7:00pm please wait for the guests to clear the room before breaking down your booth. Breakdown should be complete and all display removed from the venue by 7:30pm.

Equipment must be unloaded and loaded at the designated entrance of event venue. No carts will be available so please bring your own cart if needed. Please be considerate of your fellow exhibitors and try not to tie up the loading/unloading areas. You can also drop off items at the loading dock then move your car before taking them to the booth. For security, have someone stay with your items until you return to take them inside.  

Absolutely no solicitation is allowed if vendor fee is not paid. If you witness anyone who is not a vendor soliciting you or guests, please notify Lydia Harris or any other event staff member. We will be happy to ask them to stop or leave. This is your time to promote and increase your business without interference. Please do not hand out information for any company other than the one that you are representing. Only the company that is listed as a vendor will be allowed to display or hand out materials.

Each vendor will be allowed to check in themselves and one other person. Each vendor and their assistant (if applicable) will be given a wristband or badge at check-in. Your own business badges are allowed if you so choose – please let us know if you will have them. Only 2 people are allowed to attend under 1 vendor. Any additional representatives will be charged $50 per person upon entering. 

Cloud Makers, and organizers of the Black Fire Fashion Show are not responsible for any injuries, stolen, missing or damaged items. Our goals are to fill the venue to capacity, foster a successful and positive event and provide a marketing opportunity for your business!
